2025 Grants to Date (June 2025)

This year, HFL accepted grant applications addressing strategic priorities (Healthy Children, Healthy Living, and Healthy Minds) and Healthy La Porte requests on a rolling basis from January through June. Applications submitted by March 15 were notified of a decision by June 15.  

As of June 2025, HFL has awarded 30 grants for a total of $1,914,780 invested, which brings HFL’s total amount invested in the community since 2017 to more than $49M.

HFL will announce the second round of 2025 grantees in late September.
