2026 Healthy Community Fund: Mini, Small, and Medium grants

Please note: All LOI’s and grant applications must be submitted through HFL’s online grant portal.

Mini Grants: Up to $5,000

• Align with HFL mission: La Porte County residents are healthy and well.
• Accepted February 1 – October 31 on a rolling basis
• Decision in 2 weeks

Small Grants: $5,001 – $25,000

• Align with HFL mission: La Porte County residents are healthy and well.
• Accepted February 1 – October 31 on a rolling basis
• Decisions made quarterly

LOI DEADLINE PASSED Medium Grants: $25,001 – $100,000

HFL will begin accepting applications for Medium Grants on Monday, January 4, 2027. A Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is the first required step. LOIs for 2027 Medium Grants will be due by January 31, 2027.
