Operations Manager

Lisa Heddens is the Operations Manager for the Health Foundation of La Porte and is often the first smiling face you’ll see when you visit the Foundation. In her role, Lisa oversees day-to-day operations and coordinates the use of the Conference & Learning Center Center (C&LC), including room reservations, tours, room setups, vendor coordination, and maintenance. She works closely with staff, vendors, and community partners to ensure the Foundation’s facilities are well-maintained and that every guest has a welcoming and seamless experience.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys cooking and spending time with her husband and their two sons.
