HEALTH FOUNDATION OF LA PORTE DIRECTORS

Health Foundation of La Porte (HFL) is a nonprofit, independent, private foundation whose mission is La Porte County residents are healthy and well. HFL was initially funded in March 2016 from the proceeds of the sale of IU Health La Porte Hospital.
